About the Event
Welcome to the first Zoukies Bootcamp!!
The Bootcamp is a mini-retreat with a strong focus on dance technique and partner connection. We will experience a range of activities such as: dance, movement, self-awareness, confidence building, teamwork and partner connection. We will also have some sessions with breathwork, music and meditation like our larger retreats :-)
The weekend will be fulfilling both from a learning persepctive and having lots of fun. Like our larger retreats we will form a small family unit and work hard over the weekend to overcome our challenges and arrive full of energy and power ready to share our beauty and excitment with our friends, family and the rest of society.
The bootcamp will be available to all levels of dancers since there is always new layers of Zouk to expand, experience and enjoy. Please contact me if you have any questions.
